I analyze biomedical data using computational approaches to discover biologically meaningful knowledge.
I also develop computational methods to find answers of biological questions.
My personal research goal is to contribute to beat cancer.
I received B.S. (2010) in Computer Science at Yonsei University, Seoul, South Korea,
received Ph.D. (2016) in Computer Science at the same place (Yonsei University, Seoul, South Korea).
I was a visiting junior scholar (2015-2016) at University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, USA,
was a research associate (2016-2017) at Cancer Research UK, Cambridge Institute, University of Cambridge, UK,
